Located in Anaheim, our 15-20 week program focuses on developing work readiness and foundational skills in carpentry. After completing the program, we work closely with each graduate to connect them with a pathway to employment.
We train ages 16+, 3 days a week, 1 day of which is virtual, and two days that are in-person and hands-on.
Trainees benefit from:

• Attending a 5-week Foundations in Construction course that focuses on the importance of safety, awareness of industry trends, and physical conditioning;
• Conducting 10-Weeks of Continuous Hands-on Training; hierarchical projects including the framing of a mini house  
• Receiving 1-on-1 Mentorship from Outstanding Trainers
• Developing Employment Readiness Skills to Increase Marketability in the Workforce
• Participating in an online leadership course to develop soft skills  
• Demonstrating a Training Portfolio of Completed Projects
• Obtaining Industry Certifications, including Hazmat and OSHA-10
